art: Sweet Dreams & Nightmares
PHEW. So this turned out pretty much nothing like I planned. Seriously, the only part that even resembles my sketch is Watson. Good old Watson! And I know the anatomy is ridiculous. I know. But it's useless pointing mistakes out to me, because no matter what, this thing is DONE. Finished. Never to be touched again. By the way, I really wanted to do something dirty, but my nerves couldn't take it. Maybe next time...

But seriously, this is lovely. I have such a soft spot for art noveau and this is a great interpretation of the style. I like a lot of little things, like the folds on the drapery and the scar on Watson's back. Just lovely!

I so love your art style! Totally distinctive and gorgeous to boot. Watson's spine is a thing of beauty, and Holmes' fingers on his neck, and you do such a wonderful job with their faces... Can't wait for more!

After the initial "Awww, pretty!" reaction, this is what my brain decided was going on:
"Holmes, they're staring at us again! Make them go away!"
"Never fear, Watson. This fangirl-proof curtain will shield us from prying eyes." *breaks fourth wall and stares at the audience* "It's bad enough having to hide our eternal and undying love from every single soul living in our own century, but really, ladies, forcing us to take preventative measures against the future is really going too far. Can't we have a little privacy?"
And from us, a rousing chorus of "Hell no!" XD

Oh holy cow, this is beautiful. Watson. Oh. With his shoulder, and his back, and his fingers, and oh. I love it.

I think Holmes looks quite lovely, too :) You do such an awesome job with frames!

This is truly amazing. Extremely well-drawn, amazing background, and I really love their body language. It says a lot. And the scar on Watson's shoulder? Oh, I could probably go on forever talking about what I love about this. :P

I love Holmes' nose. And Watson's toes and the wound scar on his shoulder. And their eyes. And their hair, too. I also love the line of Watson's back... It makes me want to slide a finger down his spine. And the way the cloth drapes.

There are so many things I like about this one. Art Nouveau is one of my favorites...

Awesome job.
